PAYMENT TERMS

Payment will be processed immediately upon receipt of your order and regardless of the shipping date. If you wish to cancel your order, kindly contact our customer service team and request a refund before your order's assigned shipping date. PRODUCT WARRANTY

Defects in Materials or Workmanship:

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Xpedition HQ accepts returns of items that are in their original packaging, with all instructions and receipts, and haven't been used, damaged, or altered in any way. Returns must be made within 30 days of the order's ship date to receive a refund, and shipping costs will not be refunded. There may be a 10% restocking fee for items that are altered in any way, and the customer is responsible for shipping charges. Exchanges are also available, and customers must contact customer service to initiate a return, which takes 2-3 business days to process.
