My package is delayed/lost, what do I do?

Xpedition HQ LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages. For concerns regarding delayed or lost packages, kindly reach out to USPS. Refer to our shipping policy by clicking here.

When will the item I want be back in stock?

While our efforts generally ensure that products are replenished before complete depletion, those that do sell out are typically restocked within 30-90 days. If an item appears on the website but is currently unavailable for purchase, it is likely temporarily out of stock. We kindly request refraining from sending stocking inquiries via email, as lead times are subject to constant change, and the information provided today may differ tomorrow.

To stay informed about restocks, we encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter for timely restock alerts.

What is your warranty policy?

We do not offer any warranty other than what the manufacture offers. We recommend registering your parts with the original manufacture (if applicable). However if you receive a faulty product please contact us.  

Do you offer a military/law enforcement/first responder discount?

While our goal is to provide fair and competitive pricing we presently do not provide any discounts. 

I placed two orders. Can Xpedition HQ combine them so I don't have to pay the extra shipping?

Unfortunately, we can't consolidate orders during processing due to operational constraints. Orders will be processed individually in the order received. Please ensure your cart is complete before checking out.

Can I get my items shipped to APO/FPO/DPO?

We gladly ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, but note the longer processing time. Plan accordingly.

Can I place an order if I don't live in the United States?

Xpedition HQ does not offer international shipping due to export regulations and compliance, except for APO/FPO/DPO locations at this time.

Can I change the shipping address on orders?

It depends. If we have not processed your order, yes. If your order has been processed, we cannot. Please try and be as thorough and accurate as possible when placing orders.

How long will it take to get my order?

In-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days. The chosen shipping option at checkout determines delivery speed. Please note that carriers may encounter issues beyond our control, potentially affecting delivery times.

Are items on the website that appear to be in stock actually in stock?

Yes! All items labeled "in stock" are prepared for immediate shipment, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Regrettably, we do not provide backorders at this time.

Can I cancel orders?

It depends. If we have not processed your order, yes. If your order has been processed, we cannot.

Can I edit a current order?

Simply put, once an order is in processing, we cannot make changes. If you wish to modify your order before it ships, please email us to request a refund and place a new order on our website. If the desired product is out of stock, you'll need to wait for a restock.
